We want you to be happy with Fluengo AI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions. This applies to all paid plans (Pro monthly and Pro yearly).

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@fluengoai.com with your order ID and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription Renewals & Cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we'll work with you on a refund.
