We want you to be happy with Fluengo AI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions. This applies to all paid plans (Pro monthly and Pro yearly).
How to Request a Refund
Checkout is currently unavailable. For a refund on an existing purchase, email us with the account email, order ID, and purchase date.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription Renewals & Cancellation
Removing checkout does not automatically cancel existing subscriptions. In-app cancellation is currently unavailable. Contact us for help with an existing subscription. Existing purchase terms and paid-period access continue to apply. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we'll work with you on a refund.
